Overview

The primary role of the Graduate Accountant (GA) is to prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and self managed superannuation funds, under the direction of the Director of Accounting (DA).

The Hopkins Group (THG) Accounting Department (JHA) aims to produce the best tax strategies for its clients in order for them to claim all the tax benefits they are entitled to.

It is important the GA possesses all the skills required and is knowledgeable about the range of investment services provided by THG, especially tax and accounting services.

Reporting Relationships

The GA reports directly to the DA but also reports on a daily basis to a Senior Accountant about workflow. The GA also has a close working relationship with all staff in JHA.
