Jacob Eliopoulos

Jacob joined Hopkins Group in 2022, bringing a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Since entering the finance industry in 2019, he has demonstrated a keen understanding of financial planning, culminating in his 2023 graduation from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Financial Planning & Finance) and being awarded the FAAA’s ‘University Student of the Year’.

A natural facilitator, Jacob excels at creating practical financial plans tailored to individual client needs. He regularly shares his expertise as a conference and webinar speaker for the FAAA, focusing on supporting new entrants to the financial planning industry.

“I find it most rewarding when I see a client walking into the doors feeling uncertain and stressed and walking out the doors feeling confident, knowing their financial future is secured,” Jacob says.

Prior to his financial career, Jacob was a professional footballer in Europe and continues to captain Green Gully Football Club in the national premier league. He also cherishes time with his family and newborn child.
