In 2007, Brad left corporate life to explore his passion for marketing and property sales. This career change gave him the opportunity to help people from all walks of life achieve their property goals, knowing that every day and every phone call could be the one that changes someone’s life for the better.
During his career, Brad has worked across the full spectrum of real estate, from commercial and residential leasing and sales, negotiations and auctioneering. His interest in property began as a child when he was intrigued by his father’s role as a draftsman and civil engineer in the property development field, and since joining real estate sector himself, Brad has steered numerous high value negotiations to extremely successful outcomes.
Much of Brad’s achievements can be attributed to his deep respect for the trust instilled in him by his clients. He listens to their expectations and never takes his clients trust for granted. His lateral approach to marketing and skill at promoting the unique aspects of a property to ensure it stands out in a crowded field has earned him wide acclaim from clients and colleagues.
Joe joined the group back in 2003, initially as a Paraplanner, and worked his way through the ranks to become one of our most decorated Senior Financial Advisers.
Joe was also the program leader for the Hopkins Direct between 2015 – 2016. This property-centric program links property investors with the group’s services, such as mortgage, property management, accounting, insurance/ estate planning and general financial advisory.
Having been an exceptional and successful property-centric financial advisor for over 18 years, in October 2021, Joe embraced a new chapter of his life and ventured into the property industry.
Briefly working as a buyers Advocate at Aspire Advocates, his passion and enthusiasm for the property industry got him noticed quickly, and Jellis Craig soon recruited him as a Leasing Consultant.
Combining his tenured experience in financial advisory and his passion for real estate, Joe understands the delicate nuance required to find the right property now and in the future for his clients.
