Kristy Ford is our newest Rooming House Operator and Property Manager.

Started her career in property management as a receptionist at a real estate agency, Kristy quickly progressed through the ranks, and within two years, she had obtained her accreditations as a rooming house property manager.

She is now an exceptional property manager and rooming house specialist, capable of establishing and expanding her rental portfolio.

Kristy is a friendly, vibrant, and sociable person passionate about rooming house operations, and she is always driven to achieve the best possible results for her landlords and tenants.

Kristy is a licensed agent representative in Victoria and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

In her spare time, Kristy is an AFL-mad one-eyed Western Bulldogs supporter. She loves organising and hosting social events for friends and family and enjoys shopping.
