Interview with Christopher Joye from Coolabah Capital

In this episode Mark speaks to Christopher Joye from Coolabah Capital and the Australian Financial Review about finding Alpha in Fixed Income investment. Coolabah has been successful at generating Alpha for its investors in all its funds but we focus on the Smarter Money funds and listed Hybrid Exchange Traded Fund (ASX HBRD).

Chris has been very accurate with his predictions on the property market over many years and particularly in 2020.  He correctly forecast only a small drop in house prices with a strong rebound in the second half of year. This has proven accurate and we discuss in detail his outlook for 2021 and beyond.
