Cassandra Hall

Cassandra Hall is Head of Operations at The Hopkins Group, working within the Financial Planning Team.

Joining the company in October 2017, Cassandra manages our team of paraplanners and financial planning administration staff. In her day to day role, she is responsible for the broader financial planning team’s continued growth and performance by facilitating delegation of work between the advice and administration teams, creating and maintaining processes, and providing business analysis to locate areas for improvement and efficiency.

Beginning her financial services career in 2009 as an administrator at a boutique financial planning firm, Cassandra progressed through the ranks as an office manager and then practice manager, before taking on the Head of Operations role with The Hopkins Group.

Drawn to the collaborative nature of the industry, Cassandra is driven to ensure she and her team work together to benefit clients. She is a firm believer in taking stock of the bigger picture and focusing on whole of life health – financial, emotional, physical and mental.

In amongst balancing work, family, socialising with friends, and a love of food (with the occasional Netflix binge for good measure!), Cassandra volunteers with Extended Families to help support families that have children with mental and physical disabilities, by providing respite care and is also the Chair for AFA (the Association of Financial Advisers) Inspire VIC – Inspire is the AFA’s powerhouse for women in advice; inspiring and growing women both seeking and giving financial advice to have an authentic voice in a safe, nurturing environment through collaborating and connecting with other professionals in the financial advice profession.
