Started as an assistant property manager in 2021, Nadine’s passion for quality service, as well as her dedication to both her landlords and tenants, has not gone unseen. In 2022, she was promoted to her current position as a Property Portfolio Manager.
Nadine completed a Diploma in Property Services in 2016 and she is a Licensed Estate Agent in Victoria. She describes herself as someone that is passionate about her work, is curious, and is driven by results and landlord/tenant satisfaction.
After a successful five-year tenure as a logistics coordinator, Abbey has returned to her roots in the property sector, where she began her career at the age of 16. Her early years included three years as a real estate receptionist, followed by roles assisting in both rental and sales. She also gained valuable experience as an operations consultant for serviced apartments at Corporate Keys.
Now, Abbey leverages her diverse background in both logistics and real estate as a Property Portfolio Manager at The Hopkins Group. Lorena joined The Hopkins Group in 2010, pioneering the property management service offering for the business. A specialist in the leasing developments and the rectification process when leasing off the plan, Lorena manages a growing team of property portfolio managers, encouraging the utmost professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail for our clients.
With nearly two decades of experience working in the property industry, Lorena is a fully licensed agent who prides on herself on establishing and developing excellent relationships with both her landlords and tenants.
Sarah Holdsworth is a Business Development Manager with The Hopkins Group, reporting to the Head of Property Management.
Joining the team in March 2017, Sarah started with us as a leasing consultant looking after a diverse portfolio of properties across inner urban Melbourne. Sarah began her career in property management back in 2018, securing a Property Portfolio Manager role within the team. From there, Sarah has developed her skills as a property manager, priding herself on delivering a high level of service to ensure client satisfaction.
Sarah has been promoted to our Business Development Manager, working to develop strong relationships with investors who are on the lookout for exemplary property management services and takes each day as a new opportunity to grow.
