Nadine Cotsaris is a Property Portfolio Manager with The Hopkins Group.
Started as an assistant property manager in 2021, Nadine’s passion for quality service, as well as her dedication to both her landlords and tenants, has not gone unseen. In 2022, she was promoted to her current position as a Property Portfolio Manager.
Nadine completed a Diploma in Property Services in 2016 and she is a Licensed Estate Agent in Victoria. She describes herself as someone that is passionate about her work, is curious, and is driven by results and landlord/tenant satisfaction.
Abbey McGowan has previously worked in the real estate industry for three years from the age of 16 to 19 as a receptionist, which then led her to start assisting rentals and sales. After that, Abbey worked for corporate keys where she looked after serviced apartments as an operations consultant for a year.
Abbey then changed her career path at the age of 20 and ventured into the logistics industry as a logistics coordinator for five years.
Still, Abbey knew her passion was in real estate. And so, after a change of heart, she went back into the real estate industry and joined The Hopkins Group as the newest Property Portfolio Manager.
Phoebe Tayler is a Property Portfolio Manager and Leasing Consultant with The Hopkins Group.
With over seven years of customer service experience before entering the property management industry, Phoebe understands the importance, and value, of building meaningful, powerful, and strong relationships.
She does so by being a strong advocate for her landlords and a seamless conduit between them and their tenants.
She aims to become the bridge between every landlord-tenant relationship by facilitating a positive experience through strong & transparent communication, quality & timely services and genuine care.
Phoebe obtained her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from Entry Education in 2022 and specialises in property management and leasing consultation across the Metro Melbourne areas.
Gabrielle Perri is a Property Portfolio Manager with The Hopkins Group, joining the team in December 2019.
Beginning her career as a receptionist at a local real estate agency, Gabrielle quickly sought opportunities to grow. Working closely with property sales and property management teams in her role, she grew a love for assisting people day to day and knew a career in property management would be her next move.
Gabrielle thrives on maintaining her relationships with both her landlords and tenants. She values the importance of communicating quickly and efficiently and prides herself on going a step further to ensure her landlords and tenants are satisfied.
Gabrielle’s passion comes from knowing that no day is the same as a property manager and embraces each situation with patience and compassion.
Lorena D’Amico is the Head of Property Management, reporting to the Managing Director of The Hopkins Group.
Lorena joined The Hopkins Group in 2010, pioneering the property management service offering for the business. A specialist in the leasing developments and the rectification process when leasing off the plan, Lorena manages a growing team of property portfolio managers, encouraging the utmost professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail for our clients.
With nearly two decades of experience working in the property industry, Lorena is a fully licensed agent who prides on herself on establishing and developing excellent relationships with both her landlords and tenants.
Sarah Holdsworth is a Business Development Manager with The Hopkins Group, reporting to the Head of Property Management.
Joining the team in March 2017, Sarah started with us as a leasing consultant looking after a diverse portfolio of properties across inner urban Melbourne. Sarah began her career in property management back in 2018, securing a Property Portfolio Manager role within the team. From there, Sarah has developed her skills as a property manager, priding herself on delivering a high level of service to ensure client satisfaction.
Sarah has been promoted to our Business Development Manager, working to develop strong relationships with investors who are on the lookout for exemplary property management services and takes each day as a new opportunity to grow.
